Alan Harrison, ME'99, is being elevated to Partner in the Connecticut-based patent law firm of Otterstedt, Wallace, & Kammer LLP. The firm has a national practice in patents prosecution and represents primarily Fortune 500 clients. Attorney Harrison has been practicing intellectual property law for the past 15 years, after serving as a nuclear submarine officer in the United States Navy.
Ronan Gannon, DMSB'94, of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, was named CEO of LCH Health and Community Services in May 2021. LCH provides Southeast Pennsylvania residents with integrated healthcare and community services regardless of the ability to pay.
Brian Cutler, BHS'90, was announced as the new CEO of Loureiro, a full-service engineering and construction company. Brian started with Loureiro while on co-op, and has spent the last 30 years of his career moving up the ladder.
Sarah Swedberg, MA'96, PhD'99, had her first book published in December 2020. Titled "Liberty and Insanity in the Age of the American Revolution," the book examines how conceptions of mental illness intersect with American society, law, and politics in the tumultuous period of the American Revolution. Sarah is one of the first PhD candidates to graduate from Northeastern.
Lisa Graybeal, AMD'94, was chosen by the Agriculture Industry Outlook to win the 2020 Delp Award for her work as a co-owner of Graywood Farms.
Gregory Delviscio, AMD'92, of Endicott, NY, was named Vice President of Communications and Marketing for Binghamton University, State University of New York. He's been at the university since 2006.
Melissa Zak (Rosenbaum), BHS'98, of Voorhees, New Jersey obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from LaSalle University; Philadelphia, PA and is currently working as the VP/Chief Nursing Officer Virtua Memorial Hospital & Virtua Willingboro Hospital Virtua Health in Marlton, New Jersey.
Jennifer Larson (JJ Jahn), MS'91, LPC, NCC, AADC, was promoted to Dean of Student Support Services for the Richland Campus of Dallas College in August 2020. JJ graduated in 1991 from Bouvé College of Health Sciences with her MS in Counseling Psychology. From starting at Northeastern in Residential Life, her experience has expanded to include work in Campus Threat Assessment, Higher Ed Case Management and various intervention programs. At Dallas College, JJ oversees all Health and Wellbeing services that enhance a students capacity for academic as well as personal success.
Lara Sutherlin, L’99, of Madison, Wisconsin, is the new administrator of the Division of Trade and Consumer Protection of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.
