How do I access my Northeastern email after graduation?

My contact information changed—how do I update it?

Where do I go to let the university know that my family member passed away?

We are deeply sorry for your loss and offer our sincerest condolences. Please email [email protected] with the name, obituary, and class year, and we will be sure to update our accounts.

What are the Northeastern alumni benefits?

Do alumni have access to the library?

To access Snell Library, alumni must obtain an Alumni Husky Card from Husky Card services. Additionally, alumni have access to multiple online databases and can borrow books. Please note that in order to access online databases you must use your Northeastern credentials. You can set up an alumni email address through ITS by providing your NU ID number. If you do not know your NU ID number please contact our office at 617.373.2656 or [email protected]. ITS can be reached 24/7 at 617.373.4357 or [email protected]. Questions about library access can be directed to their direct line at 617.373.8778.  

How do alumni obtain a husky card?

You must come to campus to retrieve the Alumni Husky Card as they need to take your photo. The Husky Card Office is located at 4 Speare Commons on our Boston campus. You will need your NU ID number and a government issued form of identification. The Husky Card Office hours are typically 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. This card provides alumni access to Snell Library and the recreation facilities, as well as a discount at the bookstore. For any questions about a Husky Card please contact the Husky Card Office directly at 617.373.8740 or email [email protected]  

Can alumni visit campus?

Alumni are able to freely walk around campus but will need an Alumni Husky Card to access individual buildings. To see how campus has developed since your time as a Husky, arrange a private tour in collaboration with the Admissions office. Does Alumni Relations still publish a magazine?

The alumni magazine has ceased publication. There are no extra copies nor an online archive.

How do I get a copy of my transcript?

If you would like to request an official transcript you can do so at this link https://registrar.northeastern.edu/article/transcript-requests/. Please note the official transcript charge is $15.00 per transcript. Unfortunately, you cannot request an unofficial copy of your transcript. If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar’s Office at 617-373-2300 or email [email protected].

How do I access my student financial records and/or tax forms?

Alumni should be able to access financial information through your student portal within a year of graduation. If you graduated over a year ago, please reach out to student financial services with document requests at https://studentfinance.northeastern.edu/contact-us/
