As a member of our alumni community, please note that while some resources will remain available to you, others will have limited access or will no longer be available post-graduation. We encourage you to download any important files or information to ensure continuity as you make the transition from student to alumni.
Your Northeastern username and password will continue to be active for authentication purposes for your Microsoft 365 email and other systems. Following the completion of graduation requirements, your Northeastern account will be transitioned to full alumni status during the calendar year. 14 days prior to your account transition, you will receive an email from ITS.
Following this transition, you will only have access to alumni-focused services, some of which may require your Northeastern credentials and password for authentication.
Alumni will maintain access to all online versions of Microsoft 365 apps, in addition to 100 GB of OneDrive storage. Please visit the Office website for a list of available services. Unfortunately, the desktop versions of Office programs will no longer be licensed for use through your northeastern account and will enter read-only mode, unless products or purchase standalone versions have been activated prior.

We want to ensure your campus visit is as convenient as possible, which is why we offer access to parking in the Columbus Garage, North Lot, and Ryder Lot between 2:30-11 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on weekends at a discounted rate. Alumni can enter Snell Library using their NU ID card starting September 9, 2024, during service hours 8am to 10pm. Use of the library and its physical resources must be in accordance with existing student activities and use, and allow for their focused uninterrupted study.
