Your Northeastern username and password will continue to be active for authentication purposes regarding your Microsoft 365 email and other university systems. Following the completion of graduation requirements and within the calendar year, your Northeastern account will be transitioned to alumni status where you will only have access to alumni-focused services and may need your Northeastern credentials for authentication. You will receive an email from ITS 14 days prior to the transition.
Alumni retain access to all online versions of Microsoft 365 apps, including 100 GB of OneDrive storage. The desktop versions of Office programs will no longer be licensed for use through your Northeastern account and will be available in read-only mode, unless products or purchased standalone versions have been previously activated.
