Project Title *

Keep it short and to the point. Avoid acronyms -- assume folks won't know them. Your project title should not include the word HuskyStarter.

Project Tagline *

15 words or less. This will appear on the main HuskyStarter platform page.

Goal *

This dollar amount goal represents the minimum amount of funding needed to complete the project and produce successful results.

Desired Start Date *

Generally, projects are live within four (4) business days of a submission. At times this could be longer.

Project Icon Image *

This image will identify your project.
We suggest your organization logo. Image will be cropped to a circle.
For best results make sure the image is high-resolution, square, and at least 500 pixels x 500 pixels in .JPG or .PNG format.

Project Banner Image

This image will appear at the top of your project page behind your the project image.
Image should be high-resolution, 1920 pixels x 355 pixels in .JPG or .PNG format.
For best results avoid images with people and/or text.

One image is required. You can add more images to your gallery by adding below or sending later.
For best results make sure images are high-resolution, horizontal, and at least 680 pixels x 400 pixels in .JPG or .PNG format.

Attach a brief letter from the faculty/staff advisor named above that attests to your accountability and commitment to your project. Additionally the letter must confirm the faculty/staff advisor will support you and the organization on this project.

Submission is not automatic approval.
HuskyStarter CAN NOT be used for event ticket sales. Projects found to be selling tickets will be canceled and funds returned to submitter.
All projects go through an approval process and may require additional information before the project is launched.
The project leader will take full responsibility for managing this project, producing creative, generating the content, marketing the campaign, and thanking all donors.
All monies raised must be used toward the stated intention. Funds raised may not be applied toward projects that will generate profit for individuals.
If an organization hits its goal before the deadline, members can opt to continue raising funds toward a stretch goal. All funds collected past the initial goal, even if the stretch goal is not hit, will be distributed to the student organizations.
Multi-stage projects may be broken into multiple fundraisers if stages can be defined by a completed product, event, activity, or service.
Alumni Relations and Annual Giving reserves the right to decline any projects based on content, or discontinue an active fundraiser at any time due to any changes in the student organization’s eligibility status.
All projects by officially recognized student organizations must also be approved by CSI program manager to ensure compliance with university policies.
