In this role, Dr. Hassmiller is serving as a key member of the leadership team for the Future of Nursing 2030 report. Say hello to the farm animals on Zoom! The Office of Alumni Relations invites you to “Creature Feature” at The Riley Farm Rescue.
This live, interactive virtual event will introduce you to some of the Farm’s rescued animal residents—with possible sightings of pigs, goats, geese, and more. Learn how these rescued animals are cared for and raised with care by so many here on the Farm.

The featured keynote speaker was our alumna Kathy Davidson, BSN ‘79, MSN, MBA. Kathy is the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Needham. Northeastern University Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs David Madigan, PhD, and Bouvé College of Health Sciences Dean, Dr. Carmen Sceppa, MD, PhD, delivered especial celebratory remarks. School of Nursing Dean, Dr. Maria van Pelt, PhD, CRNA, FAAN, was the event host and moderator.
