Northeastern alumna Mary Allison Brown (BHS’02) led an interactive workshop on maintaining and prioritizing self-care in times of stress. In this workshop, Mary Allison discussed the negative impact of stress on emotional health and well-being and participants learned simple, practical strategies to support emotional health in times of stress.
