The LSCC offers weekly “Hora del Café” meetups during the Fall and Spring semesters. This is a time when all Northeastern community members interested in practicing and learning Spanish can come together for informal conversations in Spanish while enjoying coffee and snacks. All levels welcome!

Center for Intercultural Engagement Awards Ceremony (Live-Streaming) & Banquet

The First-Gen Awards Ceremony is a key part of the CIE and the First-Generation, Undocumented, and Low-Income (FUNL) Network’s First-Gen Week, an annual week of signature programming celebrating and resourcing Northeastern community members who are the first in their families to attend college or university in the United States.

Join us for a guided walking tour through Northeastern University’s stunning campus arboretum, where urban academics meets natural wonder. This educational experience will take you through carefully curated landscapes featuring diverse tree species, seasonal plantings, and thoughtfully designed green spaces that serve as both aesthetic centerpieces and living laboratories.

Celebrate your Husky spirit by attending this great tailgating event with fun, music, and libations! Make plans to join in the fun after the women’s hockey team’s game against the University of Vermont and before the men’s hockey team’s game against Stonehill! Members of our Young Alumni Advisory Board will be there as well as Cultural Centers like the LGBTQA will join in celebrating Husky Spirit! There will be something for everyone at this year’s FanFest Tailgate party!

PAACx Conference

PAACx is one of the Pan Asian American Council’s signature events. It is a student-run TED talk style event, where we hear from members of our Asian American community on topics they’re passionate about ranging from mental health to sustainability to colonialism.
Concluding the PAACx Conference, there will be a mixer where audience members will have the opportunity to chat with presenters and participants at 109 Hemenway from 9:00-11:00 PM.
Men’s Hockey vs Stonehill College

Join with the Northeastern community in cheering on our fantastic hockey team at tonight’s game! This will be the last Homecoming Men’s Hockey Game in Matthews!
Pick up your tickets at the FanFest entrance until 6:30 p.m. If you arrive at 6:30 p.m., your tickets will be at the ticket window inside Matthews’ lobby.
