Nicholas Puleo, CSSH’05, of Norwell, Massachusetts, launched Comsint, a public relations and marketing advisory focused on helping businesses confront the challenges of today’s media and cultural landscape. Comsint is built on a national network of senior advisors, each with extensive experience across a wide range of disciplines. Puleo developed the asset-light agency model to decrease overhead giving companies greater access to seasoned, top-tier talent.
Yaron Ivan, CPS’05, started a website and podcast to help others who take care of kids in acute settings. PEM Rules is the Pediatric Emergency Medicine podcast. After receiving his undergraduate degree in 2005, he completed his General Pediatrics Residency at Baystate Children’s Hospital and a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship at UPMC’s Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. In addition to pediatric care, Yaron has taught medical students, physician assistants, and residents, receiving several teaching awards. He hopes this new educational project will help others.
