New York City Virtual Social Hour

The New York City community gathered for an evening of connection from the comfort of your own home. During this virtual social hour, Northeastern alumni Ashna Kalra (DMSB’17) and Mary McQuillen (DMSB’14) led a moderated conversation to engage all participants and facilitate conversations.

Philadelphia Virtual Social Hour

The Philadelphia community gathered for an evening of connection from the comfort of your own home. Alumni Sindey Dranoff (DMSB’82), Jessica Day (DMSB’06), and Jameson Packer (DMSB’17) facilitated an exciting discussion and help attendees get to know members of the local Philadelphia community.

The L.A. Northeastern Community watched from section 331 as the L.A. Kings host the Boston Bruins and enjoyed the camaraderie of their fellow alumni, parents, and friends.

Maternal Optimism Today women are in high demand both in the household and in the office, often feeling challenged to meet the needs of their families and careers. Professor Ladge led a meaningful dialogue and discussion about the findings in her new book, “Maternal Optimism: Forging Positive Paths through Work and Motherhood.”

Huskies Hands-On: Pasta Making

It takes a village to cook five pasta dishes (Ravioli Ai Funghi, Pansotti Ai Gamberetti E Zucchine, Pesto Alla Genovese, Cappellacci Alle Melanzane With Al Pomodoro, Sugo Alla Salsiccia) and a tiramisu parfait simultaneously, but this group had no fears. After a family-style meal, the evening concluded with almost everyone hugging our private chef.

Professional dancer for the Boston Celtics – alumna Nicole Vicino, AMD’16 guided a high intensity, low impact class which showed the many creative ways in which a trampoline can be used to target the legs, core, and arms.
