Yogis grabbed a water, towel and ‘met’ Shway Shreyarthi, MS’21 on their yoga mats to set their intentions for the day. They took 30 minutes for themselves to dive into an at-home, thoughtfully programmed session that brought boosts of cardio into traditional yoga sequences.

On February 21, 2020, alumni, parents, and friends gathered for the 17th Annual Huskies vs Red Sox Cookout and Spring Training Game! This year, we doubled up our celebrations to mark the 100th Anniversary Season of the Northeastern Men’s Baseball team. Attendees enjoyed a delicious BBQ lunch, heard from Red Sox and Northeastern players and coaches, and celebrated the camaraderie of the Northeastern community.
A group of 19 joined at 305 Fitness for a non-stop cardio party featuring sports drills, conditioning exercises, and high intensity interval training. Halfway through, the class transitioned to a sculpting session with weights and concluded with a five minute sprint.
Alumna Ali McCarthy, DMSB’16 instructed a full body resistance training class of 11 at Btone on Newbury Street. Built around state-of-the-art equipment, this 45 minute session left the group sweaty and shaking.
A class of 16 prepared for their Thanksgiving feasts with an hour-long workout at Title Boxing. The group was a diverse mix – between age and boxing experience.
