In this workshop, Mary Allison discussed the negative impact of stress on emotional health and well-being and participants learned simple, practical strategies to support emotional health in times of stress.

Archives After Hours – Boston’s Latinx Community History 

Celebrate the end of Hispanic Heritage Month and travel back in time with the Northeastern Latinx alumni community! On Tuesday, October 15, gain exclusive access to Northeastern’s Archives and Special Collections in Snell Library to explore the history of the Latinx community at our university. This unique Northeastern experience is hosted in association with Michal Biletzki, Assistant Director of Major Gifts for the University Library and Molly Brown, Reference & Outreach Activist for the Library-Archives Collection.
