The annual holiday luncheon was back in Cape Cod. Over lunch, we saw some new faces, reconnected with old friends, and heard from one of Northeastern’s most admired staff members: Jim Madigan. After many months apart, we were excited to gather again in person to celebrate the holiday season together.
The Northeastern community gathered for one of the best traditions of summertime on the Cape: Cape Cod League Baseball to watch the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox host the Harwich Mariners.
Alumna Harriet Booth, MS’17, presented this family-friendly event exploring everything you need to know about oysters. Perfect for kids of any age, the content is engaging and everyone left with new fun facts about oysters and aquaculture, and a passion for marine biology!
